Healthcare
Professionals, after successfully completing this course you will be
able to quickly recognize and properly react to life-threatening

AED appropriately. Adult, child and infant choking relief are also
covered in this course.

adult choking in a newly implemented AHA training technique referred
to as Practice-While-Watching.

scene safety, assessing the problem, calling for assistance, etc.
Other medical emergencies such as shock, breathing difficulties, and
choking are also addressed in this course. Review of proper actions
for injury emergencies (bleeding, burns, broken bones), and

a greater chance of survival when high-quality CPR includes the use
of an AED.
